Returns & Cancellations, Cairdean Vineyards values our customers and their appreciation for our wine and will do its best to assure our customers’ satisfaction. As wine is a precious and perishable commodity, wine ordered during the summer or cold winter months may be held for shipping until weather conditions are not detrimental to the wine. If an individual requests shipment during such weather, Cairdean Vineyards will not be held responsible for any damage to the wine arising from temperature or flucuations in temperature.
Beyond this, Cairdean Vineyards cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, damaged, or demonstrably flawed. In such an unlikely event, we will replace or refund the cost of the bottle(s) or offer a credit at our discretion. For corked or flawed bottles, as much of the unfinished portion of the original bottle must be returned as possible. If you receive a broken bottle or bottles in your shipment, please call or email the winery within 24 hours of receipt in order to allow us to pursue a claim with the shipping company.
Refunds will be given on wine that cannot be replaced due to insufficient stock. Returns of non-wine merchandise and cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To arrange a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org
